It appears that Bear Payne is missing his Daddy Liam Payne. The tot apparently pleaded for him to come home soon.
Liam Payne’s son Bear nearly made him cry as he begged to see him during lockdown. The former One Direction singer, who shares little Bear with his ex Cheryl Tweedy, opened up in a YouTube video about how hard he’s finding it being separated from his boy.
“Bear has been extremely funny at the moment. Very cute as well,” Liam said in his video “It has been the toughest time at the moment being away from him “On FaceTime I’ve had everything from him jumping up and down on a trampoline in wellington boots, playing a ukulele, wearing a princess dress and a fireman’s jacket.
“If you can imagine that. That is what he was doing at the time,” he laughed.
But, at the age of three, Bear doesn’t understand why his dad hasn’t been able to see him for a while.
“Sometimes he wants to say hello on FaceTime and other times he doesn’t want to say hello,” Liam went on.
Liam said he was brought to the brink of tears when Bear said he needed him
“I used to be like that. I can see a lot of myself in him. “The other day he said ‘we need you here now, Daddy’. “Bless him… made me want to cry,” the singer admitted.
It comes as Liam renewed fans’ hopes that One Direction will reunite soon – although with his, Niall Horan, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson’s busy solo careers, it might not be for some time yet. 2020 marks the ten year anniversary of the boys’ rise to fame after appearing on the X Factor alongside ex bandmate Zayn Malik, and fans had hoped they’d mark the occasion with new music – or even a tour.
“I mean, it’s a tough one,” Liam told People magazine. “I can’t promise any reunion plans because it just isn’t it right now. I always put it down to music language because everyone’s releasing at the moment with like two years worth of promo. “But, you know, it still seems very hopeful in that department. I’m starting to think it’s definitely gonna happen at some point. So it’s exciting.”
