Jenelle Evans: CPS Troubles

Jenelle Evans has confirmed that her sons Jace and Kaiser have been removed from her home after her husband David Eason allegedly killed their family dog.

What Exactly Happened

Mother’s Day was especially tough for Jenelle Evans this year, as her son Kaiser was picked up by CPS back on Friday, in response to concern over Eason’s killing of Jenelle’s french bulldog Nugget in the home several weeks ago.

Jenelle released a statement to People saying, “During this difficult time, I’m focused on getting Kaiser back and cooperating with my legal team on the next steps to getting my children back.”

Although Jenelle’s mom technically has custody of Jace, her older son, a source states, Columbus County Child Protective Services has put Jenelle’s usual visitation schedule on hold because of the incident.

Kaiser, her second son, who she shares with ex Nathan Griffith, did live at home with Jenelle but was taken from her home this past Friday.

“Kaiser was taken away Friday without my consent, before Mother’s Day, and I have been in touch with my lawyer pertaining to this matter,” Jenelle told Us Weekly. She said, “Kaiser was taken from his daycare by his grandmother with no notice or call to me. CPS told Doris to take Kaiser without my consent and still have no legal paperwork signed by the judge stating my kids are taken from me.”

“Nathan and I have talked briefly regarding this situation. [He] and I are to appear in court later this month. Our current custody order is still in place. Nathan is to have supervised visits and only supervised by Doris. Surprisingly, me and Nathan have been getting along, so I’m willing to maybe let his visits be unsupervised. Me and Nathan have been in contact during all of this. He doesn’t want Kaiser taken from me. My legal team has been on this since it happened. I’ve been fighting to get my son back, as they went behind my back and removed him without my consent.”

Jenelle stated that during all of this. “He (Nathan) doesn’t want Kaiser taken from me.”

No More MTV

MTV announced last week that they had ended their relationship with both Jenelle and David.

Ensley

The former Teen Mom star spoke to Us Weekly on Tuesday, sounding devastated and nervous about the little one being taken away from the home.
CPS is concerned about removing two-year-old Ensley from the house because of David’s temper, and the firepower he has there is a danger to law enforcement.

Status of their marriage

“My relationship with David now is still in a healing process, of course. We are going to start going to marriage

Status of Maryssa

“David has full custody over her and still homeschools her. Maryssa has been with us since everything has been going down. She is frustrated with the media she sees online about her father because she knows the truth what goes on in our household.”

Instagram Tribute

Jenelle Evans shared an Instagram tribute to her late dog Nugget
“Nugget… I’m crying everyday. I love you so much and I’m so sorry. I’m speechless. You were my side kick and knew the moment I felt bad and would cuddle with me. You still had a lot to learn and a lot to grow from your lessons. Everyday I wake up you’re not here, when I come home you’re not here, when I go to bed… you’re not here. You’re gone forever and there’s no coming back. #Heartbroken #Distraught 😓😪💔”

Final Words

Jenelle has a lot to figure out, and with her last statement she said this:

“At this time, I want to focus on what’s best for myself and my family. My lawyer has been advising me on what to do and what has gone wrong in this whole situation. Any rumors that come out, I would like for everyone to just step back and think, ’Is this from Jenelle? No, it’s not true.’ I’m very open with the public and my life and will continue to be. Right now, I need this time to just hang out with my family. I need them so bad right now.”
